Your file will not be passed around the office and you will not need to re-explain your matter to multiple staff. We understand how frustrating it can be for a client to have to call and explain their situation multiple times to multiple staff. We eliminate that problem completely. You will not have to deal with receptionists or assistants that simply jot down messages to pass onto the lawyer "handling the matter" and later find that you have to re-explain the situation to that lawyer.
